Designed to live inside busy retail environments rather than sit apart from them, the activation needed to feel repeatable, recognisable, and adaptable across multiple locations and dates.

We developed a modular activation system that could be deployed across Sydney and Melbourne markets, integrating bar moments, seating, signage, and interactive touchpoints within the existing market flow.

The setup was designed to operate comfortably throughout the day, with clear visibility, defined zones, and minimal disruption to surrounding stalls. Elements were reused and reconfigured across events to maintain consistency while allowing flexibility for different sites.

The approach prioritised longevity and practicality, supporting regular foot traffic, encouraging dwell time, and maintaining a strong brand presence without overpowering the market environment.
